NEW POST UPDATE: There is a new post on Bambino!
It seems like a ages since i made a post! Dang! Am sure blogville has forgotten who i am by now. Sorry, had some stuff to deal with. Like getting a domain name, which proved a hell of an ordeal. Then, when i finally paid for the nonsense thing, getting it to work was another wahala of its own. I moved from blogger.com to wordpress.com, hoping that now all these troubles are over! For where! WordPress charged me for mapping the new domain name to their site. Not a simple as it sounds. Turns out WordPress is discriminatory of Nigeria. Yup. They wouldn’t let me pay for their service because i stated the card was from a naija bank. Their msg: please chose a valid country. Like WTF!! In the end sha, i had to borrow someone’s else, someone who lives overseas, to pay. (yahoo yahoo boys una well done o. Beni prostitutes in Italy, una dey see una handwork? thieving politicians, na una cause this! Mutallab, u know na.) It’s all good.
So, Flourishing Florida is back on board. & with lots of changes. Improvement i hope. If u look @ the menu bar of this blog, you’ll notice pages of my fmr blogs. Yes, Bambino & Shotmusinz are here too (i shall be making their blogger.com sites inactive in a while).
There are other additions:
1. my prayer page – These Things I Say To You. Am not much of a prayer person, but i just wan try. Because say i no dey go church, e no mean say i no go dey pray, abi?
2. Other Literary Presence. This is where i link some of the stuff i posted on other sites to this blog. Like, am on African Writers, Triond, Naija Stories, Facebook, Twitter, and of course In My Dreams. U are welcomed to connect with me on these sites.
3. Reviews – this is yet a virgin page. I was thinking of reviewing movies I’ve seen, books I’ve read here. Contributions from other readers are very welcomed too.
4. News & Events – Y’all know that I’m working on a novel, right? Expect news on this, and from every other event am involved in.
